New Approaches offers Outpatient treatment for those struggling with Mental Health and Substance Misuse disorders. The program combines the most effective behavioral therapies to provide individualized evidenced based care. We participate in a wide variety of insurances, making outpatient treatment affordable for many people.

- Consent to Treat (including Emergency Contact)
- Type of Treatment Requested
Please bring a picture identification and insurance cards.
If you are unable to print and fill out the forms, please plan to come 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment to fill out the paperwork.
During your first visit, you can expect to fill out paperwork, meet with Dr. McCafferty. Payment is expected at time of service. We accept major credit cards. No personal checks are accepted.
